Vortek Nozzle System

Vortek
Not an AMS. A separate nozzle system that works alongside it.
New
  • What it doesSwitches nozzles without purging
  • MaterialsUp to 7 per print
  • Purge wasteZero (no purge tower)
  • Built intoH2C ($2,399)

Separate from the AMS. The AMS feeds filament to the printer; Vortek handles which nozzle prints. Together they enable multi-material printing without waste.

Compatibility

AMS Lite only works with A1/A1 Mini. The original AMS shipped with P1S/X1C era printers. AMS 2.0/2 Pro works across the current lineup (P-, X-, H- and A-series; A1/A1 Mini via OTA update). Vortek only with H2C (built-in). Buying the wrong version means it won't connect.
