You almost certainly want the A1 mini (or A1 for more volume). The X1E is an enterprise machine for PA-CF, PC, and high-temperature engineering materials. It launched at over 12x the price ($2,499 in 2023) and targets a completely different market.

A1 mini vs X1E: what each machine is for
A1 mini ($199): Print quality that rivals machines costing much more. Automatic calibration, touchscreen, quick-swap nozzles. Excellent for PLA and PETG hobby printing in a compact form factor.
X1E ($2,499 at its 2023 launch, discontinued): Enterprise printer for companies and engineers who need production-quality parts in engineering-grade materials. Its 60°C active chamber suits PA-CF and PC at scale. Three-stage air filtration (G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA, activated carbon) and enterprise networking (Ethernet, LAN-only mode) cover workplace needs a hobby printer doesn't have to address. Bambu retired the X1 series in March 2026; the H2S and H2D are the current enclosed engineering options.
